Parking only in the space provided.
Dress properly and politely when outside the home or public area.
Maintain cleanliness in the home and outside the home.
Smoking are allowed but please do note smoke in the bedroom & take care of your cigarette butt, used an ashtry provided.
Place trash in the space provided.
Store and keep luggage in the house, such as sandals, shoes, etc.
Respect Neighbor & the local community.
Avoid suspicious activities that against the Law such as:
- All types of crimes.
- Terrorism.
- Drugs.
- All types of prostitution.
- Human trafficking.
- Illegal goods trading.
Security has the right to take an action if guests violates against the Law.
Security has the right to ask for identity of each guest.
Guests must show the correct identity when booking or reported.
The number of guests staying must be according to those reported when booking.
Visitor that visit the guest must leave the residential area before 24:00.
