Positive: Beautiful jungle view Clean pool and clear water Breakfast is served on the terrace at the desired time Spacious room and bathroom There was always warm water and a good shower pressure Convenient matrace Mini bar in the room and laundry service available We checked in quite late and it was no problem

Negative: The actual condition of the villa is a bit far from what the photos show! We just arrived, took off the shoes, and a few moments later I stepped into a nail head because the wooden floor moved too much vertically. The shower drainage was weak, the shower area got filled up with water quickly. The villa is a bit neglected, such as broken handrail missing pool tiles, moving wooden floors. The sound insulation is very bad, the rain and animal sounds are super loud. After a day of heavy rain the roof started leaking right onto the bed, so we had to move the bed to 'survive' the night. The cleaning was superficial sometimes, such as not refilling toilet paper. The restaurant is really overpriced (what they also know and said), another restaurant in 5 minutes walking distance has half price. Massage is also overpriced, 3x more than in Ubud. We communicated in advance our check-out time but no one was at the reception. Keep in mind that the location is remote, taxi service Is always needed to get back.

Summary: It could be a perfect jungle villa, but...
