Positive: The host is helpful, replied my msgs promptly when i have questions. The location is good. The surroundings also good. Quiet neighbour.

Negative: As a first-time guest, I found it quite difficult to locate the parking area. I read the instructions several times, but it was still confusing because the basement parking is large and shared with the mall. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable, but the second bedroom feels a bit itchy, and the bed in the third room seems to be damaged or uneven in the middle. There’s also a water leakage issue from the toilet hose in the master bathroom; the floor gets wet every time it’s used. The sofa in the living room is also quite uncomfortable; it might be time to replace it with a new one. The main door is damaged, but still work manually. Other than the issues mentioned above, everything else was satisfactory and pleasant.

Summary: Not wow but not that bad either.
