Summary: It looks like Kowloon Walled City in Hong Kong movies. It's dirty and terrible but it is also a great excellent experience. If you want to do an ethnography of Kuala Lumpur, definitely you should pick up this one as your hotel. Furthermore, the reception can tell you a lot of interesting stories. However, if you just want to have a clean and comfortable place to sleep, you shouldn't pick this one. Fair speaking, although I had complaints about the environment, it was worth its price.
