Travel Purpose: business

Positive: I booked breakfast which wasn't veggie, it was just a box from a delivery company. To be fair to the hotel, I hadn't specified anything. Staff helpful when I lost my keycard.

Negative: Very run-down room, grey sheets, filthy walls, insects - ants and mosquitoes, room is dire need of refurbishment. Slightly away from centre, near several shopping malls.

Summary: You can do better for the price in provincial Indonesia. Room badly needs refurbishment.
