Positive: big houses, plenty of rooms with attached bathrooms for every single rooms, big dining hall and living hall, car park is available and convenient.

Negative: living hall and dining hall do not provide air conditional which can be quite hot. there is cockroach running around the kitchen.

Summary: satisfied with the size, it would be better if it is cleaner.
