Positive: Location is amazing, right on the beach with turtles swimming past everyday

Negative: Resort is misleading name the, facilities are old,pool furniture is tattered, the bungalows are dreadful, grubby with air cond that rattles ( we had chest head congestion the two nights there - as did another guest we chatted too) and only cold water shower . We booked for 8 nights and decided to depart after 2nd, but the mger & staff ( who are beautiful polite young guys ) offered us upgrade to the hotel rooms and we stayed. The attached hotel rooms are far better but shower flow is poor- electric sockets are exposed ( I was zapped turning on bedside lamp ) so we used just one socket that looked ok for the rest of our stay. Trees knock on the ceiling all night ,very loud even with earplugs,( I found some elses discarded plugs on floor next to the bed ) The rooms were not serviced during our entire stay , bottled water not supplied. The breakfast is poor with minimal choices and small portions, after 2nd day we ordered just fruit platter and juice then went elsewhere to buy a decent breakfast. The staff walk around often shirtless and smoke whilst cleaning etc. They are trying very hard and very polite but seemingly not trained in hospitality and have limited resources.
