Positive: Location nearby many shops and restaurants

Negative: Exterior of the building is quite dirty. No wifi even though the advertisement said there is. Agent gave me wrong passkey number to open the safe for the keys from the mail box. Was struggling a while. Called agent for the correct passkey number but no answer. Only answered when called using different number. Toilet near the kitchen was too small.
