Positive: The scenery is spectacular. The location is great. Staff are amazing. Cottages are quaint and comfortable.

Negative: Advertised as spa. This is no spa or resort. There is no spa. I ordered sirloin wagyu well done. I got a glued together piece of beef that tasted like sausage. There is no parking on premises. I had to park outside. There is an unfinished building in front of my room that ruined the scenery for me. I booked specifically because they said they had spa facilities. UPDATE: I was contacted by somebody from the venue, and they threatened me with a police report for spreading false rumors about the meal I had. I only wrote about my experience. "That's hoax you spread. And we're sorry if you dont erase / fix it. We will punish with UU-ITE to police. Thank you"
