Positive: Fantastic location, both the coffee lady and cafe to the left as you look at the building downstairs are warm friendly and great value, the shower actually has hot water yeah. Aircon works well. Definitely a locals hotel.

Negative: Very run down and room cleanliness is lacking

Summary: Great value for money, in a perfect location
