Positive: I can't believe the huge size of the house, 3 large bed rooms and all rooms are fitted with air conditioning unit. With the size and rate, it's really bargain. The house is close to amenities - 4-star ranked restaurant, so u don't have to travel far to get a decent dinner. Location wise it's very close to expressway ayer keroh exit, so don't have to face Melaka traffic jam during peak holiday period.

Negative: For what it's worth, the price and sheer size, awesome facility, it's tough to find one.
