Summary: We come back to stay here 3 days 2 nights for the second time last time was in 2017. It was easily done for the changes from the prebooked room via online to a bigger room with additional reasonable fares. Room was clean, shower and toilet also clean. No smoking odour/smell. Willing to come back this hotel next time. Only the door key card was not responsive enough when inserted it in the card holder to turn on room lights although it was reset by the counter staff. But later on, with a bit of patience, it could work. Aircon remote control was flat, but the battery was changed by staff instantly. Overall, we are happy with staying 2 night 3 days at this Hote123. Please continue improve in service.
