Positive: The place emanated with serene tranquility. I enjoyed the view from the terrace on the top of the building. There are Hindu temples, mosques and a catholic church around it. The room had a functional air conditioning. The place offers great value for money. It was the cheapest in the settlement.

Negative: I found cockroaches at my doorstep. There was no warm water in the bathroom. The owner claimed that previous guests damaged the heating, but in fact the gas heater was installed in such a way that it couldn't work. The output was connected to the input and not to the shower battery. I encountered a cockroach at my doorstep. The paint was falling of the walls.
