Summary: For the price and the location this place was excellent. It was a 20 min walk or 10 min tram ride to the city center. The walls in the hallways do show their age and could use a refresh, but the room walls are far cleaner. Checking was a self service checking which went very smooth. Towels were replaced daily if needed and staff was fairly quick to respond on WhatsApp (though it spends most of its time unstaffed). There is no ac in this building but there were fans provided. I was there in early June, but the temperature never got over 24C while I was there so this was not an issue. There are toiletries supplied (to include shower soap) and the bathrooms were clean. There is no breakfast provided, but numerous bakeries and breakfast cafes that you can eat for 10 euro or less. If i ever go to vienna again, I would consider staying here again if my financial situation has not changed! Overall, Great stay.
