Summary: Had a double room with balcony and pool view. The room was small but basic, no kettle, fridge or safe facilities. The towels and sheets were clean but had stains on them so they looked old. My pillowcase had dried blood stains. The pool was a good size but dirty as you can wipe away the grime with your finger. The lounge chairs looked were old and dirty too. The biggest disappointment was that the rooftop terrace was closed for renovations but there was no work being carried out the whole week I was there and staff could not tell me when or how long it would be shut for. The rooftop terrace was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel as it looked beautiful in the photos and other reviews. All in all it is very basic and old. The service was good but the staff were limited in what they could do as they said that all of the hotel's managers are based in Jakarta.
