We are a family of four with a warm heart and look forward to welcoming you as our guest. Our farm offers a unique view of the sea and the mountains, surrounded by the fresh scent of Cypriot nature.
Karmi is a picturesque village in the northern part of the island. The history of the village (Karaman) dates back to the Middle Ages, when it was owned by a Carmelite order. Today, the old houses have been lovingly restored and refurbished in the traditional style. The direct view of the centuries-old St. Hilarion Fortress makes this place truly special.
The large family-run farm features two separate units that offer the perfect retreat for anyone seeking peace and relaxation while still enjoying proximity to the island’s treasures. The accommodations are tastefully furnished and offer all the amenities.
The nearest beach is about a 10-minute drive away. Many unspoiled beaches can be discovered along the north coast. There, in early summer, you can even observe sea turtles in their natural habitat. Several hiking trails lead directly from the village into the mountains, along the high cliffs and through Mediterranean forest. For the adventurous, there are a variety of options, from scuba diving and other water sports to paragliding.
Back at the farm, simply relax by the pool and unwind in the shade of one of our fruit trees. It’s a wonderful place to retreat with a book or simply enjoy the sunny days.
