Positive: The room feels more spacious than what it is seen in the photo. The property feels quite old and need some renovation, but overall it feels comfy enough for a short stay. There is a refrigerator filled with some bottled waters and some snacks are also provided for free. Small amount of basic amenities are also provided in the bathroom based on the number of guest staying. The bathroom itself is clean. The room have a good sound insulation.

Negative: The air conditioner is not cold enough, probably already need some cleaning and maintenance. There are several cockroaches coming from the kitchen area. There is a small window that can't be closed which caused some noises coming through. The lighting is a bit dim.
