Positive: Clean , well equipped and all the furnitures are new. Bed is comfortable, water pressure is good with hot water . There is filtered water for drinking

Negative: Located inside Ranau town . About 30 mins away from Kundasang town . Location might be slightly far to travel to the main tourist attraction like Desa farm. Weather there is windy but not cold average temp around 20-24 degree Celsius . However , it is a nice place to stay for a large group of people .
