Summary: The front desk of the hotel ripped us (a group of four travellers) off when we requested a van to take us to Tunis International Airport. The hotel staff made us pay 50 Dinars to him (rather than the taxi driver) when the ride should have cost no more than 20 Dinars according to the ride sharing apps. The vehicle that arrived was a small sedan (rather than a van) which barely accommodated us with our luggage. When we told the driver how much we had paid for the ride, he was shocked and could not believe the hotel’s dishonesty. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
