Positive: Exceptional doesn’t even cut it for Lina Boutique, I wish I could give them a much higher rating. This was hands down the best accommodation we have ever stayed in and there is absolutely nothing I can fault them on. The staff went over and above for us from the minute we arrived till after we checked out, they are all so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The staff and reception were very happy to organise anything and everything for us and no request was too much hassle - from organising taxis for us to get to far away beaches, being so accommodating to our dietary requirements and adjusting their breakfast menu for us, for organising an early breakfast for us on our departure day, and all the little finishing touches and attention to detail during our stay. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, Lina Boutique was a major highlight during our trip to Indonesia. The breakfast food was fantastic, the spa was amazing, and our villa was just incredible - spotless, comfortable, and beautiful. The location is also perfect, it’s not too far from the Main Street, but secluded enough to be peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed the free scooter service so that we could get around Lombok, and we loved our turn down gifts we received on our last night. The staff put a lot of thought and effort into everything they do, and you can really feel that. I was honestly blown away and could not recommend Lina Boutique more. The villas themselves are so unique and beautiful, but the staff really make Lina what it is. They are all absolutely fantastic!!
