Positive: Really lovely homestay outside of the main areas in Sidemen but still with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Komang and all of the staff at Makna were so welcoming and kind and always happy to chat with us. We both had a lovely massage and Komang also arranged a day trip for us with her husband in the car to some local sights we wanted to see at a reasonable price. The room was very newly decorated and clean and the bed was very comfy! We had a lovely terrace with incredible views over the rice fields which was a great spot to enjoy our breakfast and for a coffee and snack on a rainy afternoon! The pool was also a really nice addition and we felt really lucky to have it to ourselves as we were the only guests while we were there.
