Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great option near the main bus station, if you need an overnight stay before taking the local bus to Bukit Lawang. The shopping mall nearby is great to get some food and you can get the bus from right in front of the mall - there is a stop on the main road. The accommodation is very basic but the staff are very friendly and helpful - though no English. Google translate helped.

Summary: Good choice in Binjai (near Medan).
