Travel Purpose: business

Positive: It is in a great location. Its very close to shopping and the LRT so you can travel easily to most places, including the airport via the KLIA express. The co-working space and the swimming pool are really good. Its a great place to stay if you are working as well as traveling. It is also easy for Grab cars to access and there is a dedicated area for your Grab food orders.

Negative: The room we booked was totally different than what was in the pictures in the advertisement. It was not made clear that the rooms could be different. We eventually on the last 2 nights were moved to the room we actually booked. Apparently the room we were initially given was in the same class but it was much smaller with the bed pushed up against the wall so the second person had to climb over the other person to get out of the bed. Plus there was less space overall in the room. The communication was poor. It took them ages to respond to things. No additional towels for swimming and no shampoo and conditioner.

Summary: Good if you don't care that they bait and switch you regarding the rooms.
