Positive: location is near to the place of interest.

Negative: Should have provided more extra pillows & comforter. I also didn't like the extra fees that is added on top of the daily rates. It feels like hidden fees. Next time I won't book homestay via booking.com. Better book via other channels (facebook) as it's cheaper
