Summary: This Hotel is overrated. For the amount they charge per night it’s not worth it. We booked via Expedia as all inclusive and ended up with breakfast only and upon check in asked for upgrade and told by staff we should have booked with travel agency to get all inclusive. Everything is overpriced, for example bottle of water is 8TND which you get for 1 TND across the street. Private beach is a joke, filled with locals. SPA is overbooked no time available during our 2 nights stay. All to say this place is absolutely not recommended for the price.
