Positive: Spacious living area and comfy beds, the staff is very helpful and accomodating.

Negative: The soundproof in each room is terrible you can hear each word said by occupant in next room. And when they open and closed doors. Caused myself to keep getting woken up and getting less quality sleep.

Summary: Great house with poor soundproof.
