Summary: The general standard is that of perfection. Guests are treated as treasured visitors. The service is personal, faultless and effective. The room was elegantly palatial. The housekeeping is immaculate and professional. The restaurant is sublime. The food is superb. In my opinion, the location is the best in Jakarta. I cannot wait to return to The Hermitage.
