Positive: The 'huts' were great, with big bed, fan, ac, and mossie net, with bathroom separate but connected at back. Had bi fold doors at front...a great idea except they caught on the floor and so spent time 'fighting' the doors to open and close...not really a problem. A great base....lovely views, and Kudat only 15 mins drive. Not really much beach, more a promenade most of way....but pretty and in any event be beaches on other side of peninsula towards the tip better if want to sit, relax, and sunbate....and only 25 min drive. So would recommend if have hire car, but possibly too awkward/far away from town and best beaches if don't have access to a car...although grab usually cheap
