There is a front lawn/ courtyard area which is the home of a beautiful gazebo and exotic plants such as date palm trees and hibiscus plants. The full property area is fully fenced in and safe from traffic.
The location of the home is in a very touristic area, with the beach being less than a 600 meters walk away, or a 5 minute walk away. It is a two minute walk from Palm jerba Hotel and Restaurant, and about 2 minutes walk to the Casino as well. This area is in the heart of Djerba, being in very close proximity to many different activities.
The interior of the home includes three suites, each accompanied with a fully equipped bathroom. There is a television included in each room, as well as in the spacious living area. The living area is very comfortable, with amazing views of the area through the large windows.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, and has a view of the pool. The kitchen is quite spacious and accommodating, with all the utensils needed being included.
