Summary: No cleaning during our 3N stay. we had to buy our own toiletpapir during our stay. A LOT of noice from the neighbours playing music/concerts after midnight (stayed 1st floor, no window). Could easily hear people outside in the corridor and other room/upstairs. IMO I don't think the standard is a hotel. Great with water cooler/heater for the guests (2th floor). Elevater is fast. A lot of places to eat right outside.
