Summary: The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear everything going on in other rooms and hallway, including the sound of the lift and water noises in the pipes. The staff were helpful in that they immediately moved us to another room, but there the air conditioning vents from other rooms rattled our windows which completely prevented sleep. On the second night, having complained our room was changed again - while the sound in this room was better, the bathroom was mouldy and had hatched insect casings in it. In general, the beds are uncomfortable and rooms are very small.
