Positive: I liked everything about it. It's an experience. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle. It's also close to the beach. So, you can go there for your morning walks, barefoot, and enjoy nature. The restaurant is also by the beach, which I found to be very convenient.

Negative: Nothing to add here really.
