Positive: We loved everything about our stay at HARRIS Hotel & Suites Nagoya Batam. From the moment we stepped out of our vehicle, we felt very welcomed by the friendly and helpful security staff. The hotel lobby is beautiful and creates a great first impression. The reception staff were friendly, polite, and patient in answering all our queries. Our room was neat, tidy, and very well maintained, and we were truly impressed by the housekeeping standards. During breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a dance, which added a nice touch to the experience. The restaurant staff were polite and efficient, promptly clearing our tables each time we finished our meals. We were informed that the hotel has a swimming pool, but unfortunately we did not have time to check it out as our schedule was packed. Nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. We highly recommend HARRIS Hotel & Suites Nagoya Batam. PS : There are eateries nearby the hotel, a minimart too
