Positive: The room at 1st floor is clean, bright and smells good

Negative: 1. The room at the ground floor/basement has musty smell and the wall has water leaking stains. They should have painted it nicely first before receiving customer. 2. Extra bed is actually just a mattress, without a foldable bed frame. It’s fine but maybe need to be informed earlier to clear things up.
