Positive: The staff were truly outstanding. From the warm and professional reception team to the ever-helpful doorman and the attentive restaurant staff, everyone went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. I was particularly touched by how they helped me secure a taxi to my conference venue despite the heavy rain, when all nearby taxis were declining requests on the in-Drive app. Their genuine care and dedication made a real difference.

Negative: The only small downside was that my requests sent through Booking.com were not replied to in advance. However, the staff handled everything efficiently and accommodated my request upon arrival.

Summary: An excellent stay highlighted by warm, attentive staff who truly care about their guests.
