Positive: Just about everything was great. We have stayed at multiple Plataran properties and they are consistently very good in all areas - the staff, facilities, restaurants, and available amenities and activities are all excellent.

Negative: Our only small complaint about this stay was that the pool at our villa was not cleaned when we arrived. I think we would have used the pool if it was free of leaves and debris but we decided not to use it. I think this would be a nice improvement and not to much to ask for given that we were here during the low season.

Summary: Overall we always have an amazing experience with Plataran hotels, would recommend this one to anyone and we will be ret
