Positive: Location cannot be beat, fantastic spot to situate yourself for exploring Ipoh The views were exceptional

Negative: We had 3 apartments on 3 different levels, all had similar issues - water dripping in the bathrooms or not draining properly, our towels were completely threadbare (see the photo), the furniture was cheap and shabby and needs to be replaced. One apartment had a strong smell and a mouldy pillow. The sponges / dishcloths provided were very old and dirty, these should be replaced for each guest. It felt like they had prepared everything as cheaply as possible and was not a pleasant place to relax on a holiday. Luckily the location meant we were out and about most of the time.
