Positive: Amaaaazing garden and view of the lake. The ambience was really superb - quiet luxury, old-world charm with modern convenience. Aircon is a necessity! Cameron Highlands is not as cold as it was. Customer service was also excellent, I cannot thank staff enough for making us feel welcome, even our special needs son who can be noisy at times. x

Negative: It’s not wheelchair friendly so be mindful. The location is a little away from the main tourism area, which is a pro (quiet) and a con (travel time).

Summary: Thank you to the excellent staff, you’ve made us feel so welcome.
