Summary: I was very disappointed with my stay. First, we stayed in one of the nicer suites and I was expecting a much more comfortable experience. The hall smelled extremely strongly of mold and mildew, it was horrible. The remote to our TV didn't work at all, and the maintenance team showed up three times to try and fix it but they gave up. The AC in the room rattled and sounded horrible. There were electrical issues with flickering lights, wires sticking out. Some lights didn't work at all. The coffee setup was terrible - they only had three caffeinated nespresso pods and one decaf. Empty mini fridge. The toiletries were what I would expect for a low price hotel. Overall, it was a very low-end experience in the room and I was extremely disappointed. Not worth the price, or even the time. Westin should be ashamed of this property.
